1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

After the label created, you will receive an email with a tracking number of your order. And then you can track it on the shipping carrier website.

2. HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We currently offer Free Domestic Shipping ( within the United States ) with order over $59. Or you can pay a flat rate shipping fee, which is $5 for order under $59.

International orders will have shipping fee calculated at check out.

3. CAN I PURCHASE OUTSIDE USA/CANADA?

We currently ship out orders to United States, Canada and Mexico only. We are working on expanding to other countries in the future.

4. WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

We are an E-Commerce brand based in Houston, Texas and we don’t have a front-store/ physical store at the moment.

5. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ORDER?

Each garment will have a different care instruction that listed under product description. We always recommend dry clean or machine gentle wash or hand wash on cold/cold water and drying on extra low or air dry.
